The Club's policies and guides are below. All officials, players and player's parents/guardians are to be familiar with these. These policies and guides are there to define how the Club operates, identify appropriate behaviours within the club and for the protection of the Club's players and officials. Periodically these will be updated as needed.
New Player Information
If you are interested in playing for one of the Broxburn Athletic Colts teams please use contact option for the relevant age group. New players to a team will be accommodated as far as possible.
You should familiarise yourself with our policies and guides. Payment for players is made by standing order.
The contacts for each team are listed above or contact the BACFC Club Executive Committee.
The Club is always looking for new volunteers to join and assist. We encourage as many adults to volunteer their time, developing the skills of the younger generation and nurturing their talent. Volunteering brings many many benefits to our young players and also to you. A sense of a achievement, developing your skills and increasing your abilities as well as contributing to the Broxburn community.
To apply to be a volunteer complete the application form. Bring this with the relevant information asked for to the Club Volunteer meeting (normally the first Wednesday each month). As existing member of the Club must sponsor you and attend the meeting too.
The Clubs has policies and guides that you'll need to follow and also the SYFA player protection policy (see the safeguarding and protecting area) will help you going forward.
The process involves a check by the Club and you will also need to complete a PVG (protecting Vulnerable Group) check. After all its only fair and proper that suitable adults supervise and develop the children.
