A Thursday is a busy day for our Alive & Kickin groups.
Yesterday we said farewell to our friend and participant Sheena, who has joined in our activities for the past few months while she has been visiting family in Scotland from Australia. It was great for our regular participants to learn a bit about the culture and experiences of living in Australia. We hope to welcome Sheena back to Alive & Kickin again in the future.

During the Summer, we try to make use of West Lothian attractions, so this week, the Invigor8 participants had a bit of healthy competition at Kingsfield Putting Green. Gordon was our winner going round the 18 hole course in 47 shots.
